I hereby give you notice that a Meeting of RAUCEBY PARISH COUNCIL will be held on Wednesday 5 July 2023 at 7.30pm at Rauceby Village Hall. There will be provision for 10 minutes (in total) of public speaking time at the beginning of the meeting.

AGENDA OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING 5 July 2023
Before the meeting opens: To receive the Declarations of Acceptance of Office of members who were not present at the previous meeting.
1. Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting. 
2. To receive any Declarations of Interest: To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
3. To decide on any items to be carried out in Closed Session 
4. To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 17 May 2023 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
5. Rauceby Gigabit Project – update from Cllr. S Enstone.
6. Reports from Visiting Representatives and Police Matters: discuss PCSO arrangements for future (email previously circulated).

vi. 23/0349/HOUS | Garage extension and alterations including new gable roof and solar panels. | 17 Southgate Spinneys, South Rauceby, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, NG34 8QF. No Objections by Planning Sub-Committee of Rauceby Parish Council. (By 18/05/23. JM, SE, MF, MI; submission complete 10/05/23). Approved by NKDC.
8. Matters Arising and New Business Notified to Clerk prior to meeting

ii. Neighbourhood Plan
iii. Query District Councillor regarding certain Tree Works applications not apparently requiring PC input. 
iv. Consider how to proceed with a follow up to the safety audit reported at the last meeting.
v. Litter pick for autumn. Discuss LCC arrangements for supplying litter pick kit (email previously circulated).
vi. Rauceby Drove flooding and car parking at school (email previously circulated).

Matters which have been raised in meetings and which may be considered further at a future date:
* Flooding and drainage at the junction of Rauceby Drove and A153. (Lincolnshire Highways are aware of this issue and have it on a long term planning strategy.)
* S Rauceby Well refurbishment: deferred until more appropriate.
