Rauceby Parish Council meet once every two months and the meetings are usually held in Rauceby Village Hall.
The meetings start with a public forum lasting ten minutes. Residents are welcome to discuss any concerns about the parish.

Each year in May, the Parish Open meeting takes place in the Village Hall to discuss local matters.
