I hereby give you notice that a Meeting of RAUCEBY PARISH COUNCIL will be held on Wednesday 20 September 2023 at 7.30pm at Rauceby Village Hall. There will be provision for 10 minutes (in total) of public speaking time at the beginning of the meeting.

Before the meeting opens: To receive the Declarations of Acceptance of Office of members who were not present at the previous meeting.
1. Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive any Declarations of Interest: To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
3. To decide on any items to be carried out in Closed Session
4. To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 5 July 2023 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

Matters which have been raised in meetings and which may be considered further at a future date:
* Flooding and drainage at the junction of Rauceby Drove and A153. (Lincolnshire Highways are aware of this issue and have it on a long term planning strategy.)
* S Rauceby Well refurbishment: deferred until more appropriate.
* Rewilding of Rauceby Drove verge: deferred until results of pilot study on the land by Main Street have been evaluated.
