To: All Residents of Rauceby Parish (North and South)
I hereby give you notice that an Open Meeting of the RAUCEBY PARISH will be held on Wednesday 20 May 2026 at 7.00pm at Rauceby Village Hall, Main Street, South Rauceby.
All residents are welcome to attend and may speak on any matter of local interest. If the leaders of local community groups would like to make presentations about their function in the village, they are most welcome to do so.

5. Chairman’s Report of Parish Council activities since the last Open Meeting.
6. Any matter of local interest which electors or community groups of the Parish wish to bring to the attention of the Parish Council.
7. A presentation about the Village Emergency Action Plan will be given by Ms Kimberly Pickett, the Community Resilience Officer of Lincolnshire Emergency Planning & Business Continuity Service.
