I hereby give you notice that the Annual Meeting of RAUCEBY PARISH COUNCIL will be held in the Meeting Room of Rauceby Village Hall on Wednesday 15th May 2019 at 7.30pm.
All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purposes of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder.
There will be ten minutes allocated for Public Speaking Time, should it be required, at the beginning of the meeting.

AGENDA OF THE ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
1. Election of Chairman:
To elect the Chairman of the Council and to receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
2. Vice-Chairman:
To elect the Vice-Chairman of the Council and to receive the Vice-Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
3. Apologies for absence:
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
4. Responsible Finance Officer:
To appoint the Responsible Finance Officer

6. To Receive any Declarations of Interest
