I hereby give you notice that the next meeting of RAUCEBY PARISH COUNCIL will be held in the Meeting Room of Rauceby Village Hall on Wednesday, 13th November 2019 at 7.30pm.
All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purposes of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder.
There will be ten minutes allocated for Public Speaking Time, should it be required, at the beginning of the meeting.

Following Public Speaking Time, Mr S Enstone will give a short update on the LCC Broadband Programme.

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. To receive any Declarations of Interest
To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4. To decide on any items to be carried out in Closed Session
5. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 11th September 2019 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
6. To approve the Co-option of Mr M Froggatt to the office of Parish Councillor for the South Rauceby ward
