NOTES BASED ON THE AGENDA OF THE CANCELLED PARISH COUNCIL MEETING – circulated by email
It was agreed by the Chairman and Vice-Chairman that no business, meeting, service provision or service delivery of the Parish Council is of any importance above that of public and personal safety. As such the planned meeting for the 18th March 2020 was cancelled.
1. Apologies for absence:
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive any Declarations of Interest
To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
3. To decide on any items to be carried out in Closed Session
4. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 15th January 2020 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
