AGENDA OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
1. Apologies for absence:
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To verbally agree to the notes that were circulated in March.
3. To Receive any Declarations of Interest
To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4. To Review the Asset Register (circulated)
5. To agree to renew the Insurance Policy (circulated)
6. Financial Matters: (circulated)
- To approve the internal auditor for 2020-21 and approve the Statement of Assurance (circulated)
- To formally adopt the Annual Governance Statement 2019-20 and to set the dates for public inspection (circulated)
- To formally adopt the Accounting Statement 2020-21 (circulated)
- To agree and sign the AGAR Exemption Certificate

9. Date of Next Meeting – The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, 8th July 2020. The format of the meeting to be decided nearer the time.
