I hereby give you notice that a Meeting of RAUCEBY PARISH COUNCIL will be held on Wednesday 16th September 2020 at 7.30pm. The meeting will be held using a Zoom meeting forum. There will be provision for 10 minutes of public speaking time at the beginning of the meeting.

AGENDA OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
1. Apologies for absence:
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive any Declarations of Interest
To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
3. To decide on any items to be carried out in Closed Session
4. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meetings held on 8th July 2020 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

- Letter from parishioner – footpath from Rauceby Drove to the shop on Grantham Road and request to have a request stop at the Greylees railway station.

11. Update on Outstanding Matters:
- Position of Post Box – South Rauceby
- Benches on Church Lane and St Peters Close, North Rauceby
12. Financial Matters: (circulated)
i) Financial report – for approval and signing
ii) Cheques for signing / expenditure approval
iii) Clerk’s salary 2020. New hourly rate of £11.50 at SCP 12. Backdated pay due from April.
13. Matters of Urgency – Any matters which have occurred after the agenda was published – for discussion only.
14. Date of Next Meeting – The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, 18th November 2020. The format of the meeting to be decided nearer the time.
