I hereby give you notice that a Meeting of RAUCEBY PARISH COUNCIL will be held on Wednesday 18th November 2020 at 7.30pm. The meeting will be held using a Zoom meeting forum. There will be provision for 10 minutes of public speaking time at the beginning of the meeting.

AGENDA OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
1. Apologies for absence:
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive any Declarations of Interest
To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
3. To decide on any items to be carried out in Closed Session
4. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meetings held on 16th September 2020 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
5. Rauceby Gigabit Project – update from Mr S Enstone

Cycle path request – response received and circulated. Insufficient funds.

i) 20/0955/TPO | T5 Sycamore - Fell; T6 Lime - Deadwood removal | Woodland Cottage Main Street South Rauceby – TPO refused No arboricultural or professional justification has been submitted as part of the application confirming that the trees are likely to be structurally unsafe or dangerous. From a visual inspection carried out at ground level only, there did not appear to be any obvious significant signs of decay structural weakness that would justify removal at this time.
