RAUCEBY PARISH COUNCIL
MINUTES FROM THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY, 20TH MAY 2020 AT 7.30pm
The meeting was held virtually, using Zoom hosting.
Present: Cllr M Ireland (in the Chair), Cllr B Balderston, Cllr K Colehouse, Cllr G Enstone, Cllr R Enstone, Cllr M Froggatt, Cllr I Graham, Cllr J Malloch, Cllr A Hagues (LCC) and the Clerk, Mrs P Ireland.
1. Apologies for Absence: Cllr S Waite
2. To Receive any Declarations of Interest: Cllr G Enstone – item 8.1
3. To verbally agree to the notes that were circulated in March. All agreed
4. To review the Asset Register (previously circulated) – Additional items included the defibrillator, litterpicking sticks and two dog bins. Agreed.
5. To agree to renew the Insurance Policy - All agreed.
6. Financial Matters:
a) To approve the internal auditor for 2020-21 and approve the Statement of Assurance (circulated) – Denise Gascoyne Business Services
b) To formally adopt the Annual Governance Statement 2019-20 and to set the dates for public inspection (circulated). Start date 15th June 2020.
c) To formally adopt the Accounting Statement 2020-21 (circulated)
d) To agree and sign the AGAR Exemption Certificate
Unanimous agreement to the four items. All documents to be signed by the Chairman and Responsible Finance Officer.

8. Finance:
To discuss donations / expenditure for 2020-21:
- Upkeep of Rauceby churchyard 2020/21
It was agreed to donate £450 for this purpose.
- Purchase of wreath from RBL - Agreed
- To discuss requests from other organisations
Agreed to make donations of £50 each to CAB and LIVES.

9. Rauceby Gigabit – An update had been received after circulation of the agenda. A letter to be sent to the MP explaining Rauceby involvement and asking for her support. A formal survey to be undertaken also.
10. Date of next meeting – The next full meeting will be Wednesday, 8th July 2020. Format to be decided by the Clerk at time of setting the agenda. Extraordinary meeting – Wednesday, 27th May at 7.30pm
