I hereby give you notice that a Meeting of RAUCEBY PARISH COUNCIL will be held on Wednesday 17 November 2021 at 7.30pm at Rauceby Village Hall. There will be provision for 10 minutes (in total) of public speaking time at the beginning of the meeting.

1. Apologies for absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive any Declarations of Interest
To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
3. To decide on any items to be carried out in Closed Session
4. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meetings held on 22 September 2021 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
5. Rauceby Gigabit Project – update from Cllr. S Enstone.
6. Reports from Visiting Representatives and Police Matters if any
7. Planning Applications Received from NKDC (This may include plans received since the agenda was circulated):

ii) 21/1288/TCA | T1 Cedar - fell | 4 St Peters Close North Rauceby Sleaford Lincolnshire NG34 8RA. No Objections by Planning Sub-Committee of RPC. TPO not served.
iii) 21/1518/TCA | T1 Spruce – fell; T2 Prune Plum - reduce from 4.5m to 3m | Thornfield, 3 Thorpe Drove, South Rauceby, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, NG34 8QH. TPO not served
8. New Business Notified to Clerk prior to meeting
i) Proposed programme of Parish Council Meetings for 2022. The third Wednesday of every second month, as follows:

ii) Resignation of Councillor K Colehouse.
iii) Consideration of input to Local Transport Plan.
iv) A report (by telephone) was given by a parishioner regarding damage to the bus shelter near the pub.
v) Rauceby Parish Council Open Meeting 4 December 2021 10h00.
9. Update on Outstanding Matters
i) 20 year Plan for Rauceby Estate – meeting feedback.
ii) Traffic/transport strategy consultation for Sleaford (Cllr. S Enstone).
iii) Riparian Survey.
iv) Preparation for Remembrance Day 2021: Purchase of wreath from RBL.
v) Position of Post Box – South Rauceby.
vi) Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Beacon – meeting feedback.
vii) Traffic calming measures (Cllr. J Malloch).
viii) Standing Orders version/Website maintenance (I Grady).
10. Financial Matters: (circulated)
i) Financial report – for approval and signing.
ii) Cheques for signing / expenditure approval.
11. Matters of Urgency – Any matters which have occurred after the agenda was published – for discussion only.
12. Date of Next Meetings – The next regular meeting will be held at 19h30 on Wednesday, 19 January 2022 at the Rauceby Village Hall (subject to outcome of discussion in item 8(i) above).
The Parish Council Open Meeting will be held at Rauceby Village Hall, Saturday, 4 December 2021 at 10h00 (to end no later than 15h00) (subject to outcome of discussion in item 8(v) above).
