I hereby give you notice that a Meeting of RAUCEBY PARISH COUNCIL will be held on Wednesday 19 January 2022 at 7.30pm at Rauceby Village Hall. There will be provision for 10 minutes (in total) of public speaking time at the beginning of the meeting.

AGENDA OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING 19 January 2022

1.   Apologies for absence

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.

2.   To receive any Declarations of Interest

To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.

3.   To decide on any items to be carried out in Closed Session 

4.   To approve as a correct record the notes of the meetings held on 17 November 2021 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

5.   Rauceby Gigabit Project – update from Cllr. S Enstone.

6.   Reports from Visiting Representatives and Police Matters if any

7.   Planning Applications

i)   21/1831/HOUS | Erection of 1.5 storey garage | 30 Main Street South Rauceby Sleaford Lincolnshire NG34 8QG.

No Objections by Planning Sub-Committee of Rauceby Parish Council.

ii)   21/1763/HOUS | Erection of single storey rear extension and detached double garage | Woodman’s Cottage Cliffe View South Rauceby Sleaford Lincolnshire NG34 8PY.

No Objections by Planning Sub-Committee of Rauceby Parish Council.

iii)   21/1927/FUL | Proposed erection of 3 detached houses and garage block. | Land To The Rear Of 38-44 Main Street North Rauceby Sleaford Lincolnshire NG34 8QP

Plans decided by NKDC since the last meeting

No Objections by Rauceby Parish Council. Approved by NKDC.

8.   New Business Notified to Clerk prior to meeting

i)   Discussion on Lincs Council Tax proposals for 2022/23 (to feedback to LCC)

ii)   Accident at crossroads Rauceby/A17, 14 December 2021.

iii)   Use of Defibrillator.

iv)   Right of Way Claim.

v)   Variation of meeting dates and times for 2022. The following is proposed:

Except for July, the dates are the third Wednesday of every second month.

9.   Update on Outstanding Matters

i)   Resignation of Councillor K Colehouse.

ii)   Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Beacon – update.

iii)   Traffic calming measures (Cllr. J Malloch).

iv)   Website maintenance (Structure and Content, Standing Orders and other policies) (I Grady).

10.   Financial Matters: 

i)   Rauceby Parish Council Budget 2022-23.

ii)   Determination of Precept for 2022-23.

iii)   Financial report – for approval and signing.    

iv)   Cheques for signing / expenditure approval. 

11.   Matters of Urgency – Any matters which have occurred after the agenda was published – for discussion only.

12.   Date of Next Meeting – The next regular meeting will be held at 19h30 on Wednesday, 16 March 2022 at the Rauceby Village Hall.
