I hereby give you notice that a Meeting of RAUCEBY PARISH COUNCIL will be held on Wednesday 6 July 2022 at 7.30pm at Rauceby Village Hall. There will be provision for 10 minutes (in total) of public speaking time at the beginning of the meeting.

AGENDA OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING 6 July 2022

1. Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive any Declarations of Interest: To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
3. To decide on any items to be carried out in Closed Session 
4. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meetings held on 18 May 2022 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
5. Rauceby Gigabit Project – update from Cllr. S Enstone.
6. Reports from Visiting Representatives and Police Matters if any
7. Planning Applications Received from NKDC (This may include plans received since the agenda was circulated):
    i. None received in this period. 
    Plans decided by NKDC since the last meeting
    ii. None to decide in this period. 
8. New Business Notified to Clerk prior to meeting
    i. Matters arising from Open Meeting in May
    ii. New Councillors’ Code of Conduct adopted by NKDC, 12 May 2022. 
       * Discussion for adoption of the Code by Rauceby Parish Council. 
       * If adopted, each councillor will be required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the Code which is to be sent to the NKDC Monitoring Officer.
       * After formal notification of adoption by the Parish, NKDC will send new forms for each Councillor to resubmit a new registration of pecuniary interests which will also be sent to the NKDC Monitoring Officer.
   iii. GDPR: 
       * Data protection review (routine compliance confirmation) DDSA; 
       * updated General Privacy Notice on website
       * Discuss Privacy Notice for councillors and role holders for publication on website.
   iv. New policy: Publications scheme
   v. Standing Orders modification. Section 18 only
