I hereby give you notice that a Meeting of RAUCEBY PARISH COUNCIL will be held on Wednesday 28 September 2022 at 7.30pm at Rauceby Village Hall. There will be provision for 10 minutes (in total) of public speaking time at the beginning of the meeting.

AGENDA OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING 28 September 2022
1. To mark the passing of HM Queen Elizabeth II and the accession to the throne of King Charles III.
2. Apologies for absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. To receive any Declarations of Interest
To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
Consideration by Councillors to complete the forms of registration of pecuniary interests after adoption of new Code of Conduct.
4. To decide on any items to be carried out in Closed Session
5. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meetings held on 6 July 2022 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
6. Rauceby Gigabit Project – update from Cllr. S Enstone.
7. Reports from Visiting Representatives and Police Matters if any

i. New Councillors’ Code of Conduct adopted by NKDC, 12 May 2022.
* Progress of Councillors signing the acknowledgement of receipt of the Code (which has subsequently been sent to the NKDC Monitoring Officer).
ii. To consider the proposed Pledge for Civility and Respect to our suite of procedures and policies.
iii. Minor modification to Records Retention Policy.
iv. Situation of Tree overhang in N. Rauceby as reported by Cllr G Enstone in May 2022
v. Purchase of Wreath for Remembrance Day.
vi. Replacement of vandalised dog waste bins.
vii. Replacement of defibrillator battery and method for identifying early equipment failures.

* Flooding and drainage at the junction of Rauceby Drove and A153 (Lincolnshire Highways are aware of this issue and have it on a long term planning strategy.)
* S Rauceby Well refurbishment: deferred until more appropriate.
