I hereby give you notice that a Meeting of RAUCEBY PARISH COUNCIL will be held on Wednesday 16 November 2022 at 7.30pm at Rauceby Village Hall. There will be provision for 10 minutes (in total) of public speaking time at the beginning of the meeting.

1. Apologies for absence 
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting. 
2. To receive any Declarations of Interest
To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation. 
3. To decide on any items to be carried out in Closed Session 

4. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meetings held on 28 September 2022 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

8. New Business Notified to Clerk prior to meeting

i. Notification of proposal for leisure area near south entrance to Rauceby Hall (Speaker Ms E Hoare for the January meeting).

ii. Notification of cost increases for 2022-23: Village Hall, by £2 to £18 per session; LALC, by 4% to about £173.

iii. Planning Sub-Committee operation: introduce a proposed procedural change for a discussion in January (IG). 

iv. Neighbourhood Planning. Introduce the topic to enable a full discussion in January.

v. Notification of LALC notice – emergency plans. Introduce the topic to enable a full discussion in January.

vi. Notification of LALC notice – public rights of way. Rauceby PC has recently contributed to this exercise, in early 2022.

vii. Preparations to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III on 6 May 2023.

viii. Drought damaged footpath Chapel Lane/Main St, North Rauceby (Cllr Waite).

ix. Missing/damaged noticeboards Chapel Lane to A17 (Cllr Waite)

13. Date of Next Meeting – The next meeting will be held (subject to the outcome of item 8(vi) above) at 19h30 on Wednesday, 18 January 2023 at the Rauceby Village Hall.

* Flooding and drainage at the junction of Rauceby Drove and A153 (Lincolnshire Highways are aware of this issue and have it on a long term planning strategy.)
* S Rauceby Well refurbishment: deferred until more appropriate.
