I hereby give you notice that a Meeting of RAUCEBY PARISH COUNCIL will be held on Wednesday 16 March 2022 at 7.30pm at Rauceby Village Hall. There will be provision for 10 minutes (in total) of public speaking time at the beginning of the meeting.

1. Apologies for absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive any Declarations of Interest
To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
3. To decide on any items to be carried out in Closed Session
4. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meetings held on 19 January 2022 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

12. Date of Next Meeting – The next regular meeting will be held on Wednesday, 18 May 2022 at the Rauceby Village Hall. The meeting will start at 19h00 as a public forum for parishioners to raise and discuss matters of relevance with the council followed by the regular Parish Council meeting.

Issues not for current consideration that have not yet been resolved but should not be forgotten:
* A report (by telephone) was given by a parishioner regarding damage to the bus shelter near the pub.
* Riparian Survey.
* Position of Post Box – South Rauceby.
